These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of store.12commerce.com and all related services, including landing pages, widgets, order routing tools, dashboards, and mobile applications (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

The Service provides tools for businesses to:

• Create E-commerce landing pages
• Build and customize WhatsApp-enabled widgets
• Configure products, categories, and forms
• Route submissions and orders to WhatsApp
• View analytics and reports
• Assign branch managers and use a dedicated mobile APK app

The Service does not currently offer domain-connection or DNS features.

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate registration details
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and Meta/WhatsApp policies

Users must maintain the confidentiality of their credentials and are responsible for all activity in their account. Unauthorized access must be reported immediately.

We may suspend accounts that violate security standards.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Misuse WhatsApp or violate Meta Business Messaging Policies
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the platform
• Upload harmful, infringing, or abusive content

We may remove or disable access for violations.

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of business information, product data, branding, and materials uploaded.

6.2 Customer Data

End-user data submitted via widgets/landing pages belongs to you. We act as a processor and store/process data solely to operate the Service.

You are responsible for:

• Providing privacy notices to your customers
• Obtaining necessary consent
• Complying with data protection regulations

The Service integrates with WhatsApp and Meta's Business APIs.

We are not responsible for:

• Account blocks, rate limits, or restrictions by WhatsApp/Meta
• Policy changes affecting delivery
• Downtime of external APIs

Your use of WhatsApp must comply with Meta policies.

Subscription pricing, if applicable, is available on the platform.

Fees are billed in recurring cycles unless canceled. Payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

Pricing may change; advance notice will be provided where necessary.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance.

Maintenance, updates, or service interruptions may occur.

All platform elements—including software, design, documentation, and branding—remain the property of 12Commerce Technologies.

You are granted a limited license to use the Service; you may not copy, distribute, or modify platform assets without permission.

You may not use the Service for:

• Adult or explicit content
• Scams, phishing, or fraud
• Harassment, abuse, hate, or violence
• High-risk or deceptive financial operations

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• The Service meets all requirements
• Error-free or uninterrupted operation
• Availability of third-party integrations
• Accuracy of AI-generated content

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages

We are not liable for lost revenue, profits, or data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 3 months

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violating these Terms
• Misusing WhatsApp or violating Meta policies
• Security risks or unlawful behavior

Upon termination, access to the platform is revoked.

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates become effective upon posting on store.12commerce.com.

Continued use of the Service signifies acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Disputes shall be handled by courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
